At Stoke, we love sharing the magic of open-flame cooking, both through the smoky flavor of our from-scratch recipes and visually as our team prepares your meal across from our open, eat-over counter.

The best part of our kitchen is our two twin grills:

a Josper charcoal oven that breathes smoke and eats fire, and an open brick grill designed in-house for low heat hanging, drying and finishing.
