Do I need a reservation to eat at Stoke?
We accept walk-ins whenever we have seating available but recommend making a reservation to make sure we have a space for you.
What are your opening hours and last order time?
Our initial soft opening hours will be:
Lunch Menu 11:00 – 15:00
Snack Menu 15:00 – 17:00
Dinner Menu 17:00 – 23:00
Bar Last Order 00:30
Please look forward to our weekend brunch after our soft opening period ends!
What is your cancellation or no-show policy, and do you require a deposit for larger bookings?
If our guests are not contactable 15 minutes after their reservation has passed, we will release the booking. For bookings of 10+ guests we request a credit card number. For events with a pre-order or custom menu we will take a deposit.
Do you accommodate large groups, private rooms, or full buyouts?
We love hosting all types and sizes of events for our guests, please contact us through the form on this website or Line Official and we will do our best to make your event a success!
Is there a dress code at Stoke Bangkok?
There is no formal dress code, just come clean please!
Are children welcome, and do you have chairs for children or a kid's menu?
Children are always welcome at Stoke. We do have some booster seats available and provide a kid's menu with some fun games and coloring tasks on the back!
Location and access
Where is Stoke Bangkok located on Thonglor Soi 6, and what landmarks are nearby?
Stoke is located on Soi 6 Thonglor, a small soi between Eight Thonglor and Marche shopping centers. Please check our location page (link) for a map of the area.
What is the nearest BTS station?
The nearest BTS station is BTS Thonglor, a short motorbike ride or a medium walk up Thonglor from Sukhumvit will take you to our front door.
Is there on-site parking or valet near Thonglor 6, and what are the fees or time limits?
Parking will be available at a nearby lot, please stay tuned to this page for more information as we get closer to opening!
Where should drivers drop off and pick up safely?
We have a small space available in front of the restaurant for pick-up and drop off from ride services or personal drivers.

What style of food do you serve, and what does “open-fire cooking” mean at Stoke?
Stoke is a restaurant that uses real fire to make real food. Chef Shane is an American chef that is using his 10+ years of experience cooking on open flame to present a unique, modern, American inspired menu. We focus on making all of our food in-house and using quality ingredients
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options available?
We have these options available and can make reasonable modifications to existing dishes for our guests.
Can you accommodate gluten-free, halal guests or other allergies/dietary restrictions.
We can accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions, if you have any concerns please contact us online before dining or speak with your server when you arrive. We take allergies very seriously at Stoke.
How spicy are your dishes, and can spice levels be adjusted?
Some of our dishes are spicy and will be noted as such with a chili pepper symbol on the menu, if you need special accomodation for spice please inform your server when you place your order.
Can I bring a birthday cake?
Please inform us when you make your reservation if you or your guest is celebrating a special day and we will do our best to make it memorable. If you choose to bring your own cake, we will happily cut and serve it.
*Please note that unfinished cakes left at the restaurant will not be held longer than 24 hours.
What is your wine program, and do you offer a wine wall or by-the-glass specials?
At Stoke we have a philosophy that good wine should be available at all budgets. We have a wine wall where you can choose your own bottle with the guidance of our team, a wine by-the-glass menu with bottles that we have specifically curated because of their quality and value and additonal weekly specials.
Please also ask about our retail discount for takeaway bottles!
What is your corkage policy for bringing your own bottles?
Corkage fees are:
500 thb 750ml wine
1,000 thb spirits or magnum sized wine bottle
Do you charge service charge and VAT?
We charge 7% VAT and 10% service charge for in-house dining.
What payment methods do you accept, and can you issue tax invoices or receipts?
We accept credit, debit, QR scan, and cash. We can provide tax invoices for our guests upon request.
How do private events or buyouts work at Stoke Bangkok, and what are the minimum spends?

What is your pet policy?
We love our furry friends, if your pal is well behaved, they are more than welcome sit by your side at Stoke. If they start to get a bit fussy and disturb our other guests, we may have to politely ask you to give them a break and take them outside for a while.
Is smoking allowed in any area outside the restaurant?
Smoking is allowed in our patio counter area. Cannabis is not allowed.
